HANNELORE FREER

Hannelore Freer is a designer based in New York City. Her work incorporates highly analytical research and explorative design to create warm and inviting atmospheres.

 

She has worked with global brands and design firms such as WeWork, Starbucks, Gensler and Stantec, developing strategies to create localized experiences which speak to her clients brand ethos. As a manager of creative teams, she believes in combining expertise with empathy to bring together different perspectives to solve problems.   

Hannelore enjoys generating works of art, which serve to enhance the aesthetic richness and value of daily life. Her art furniture creations are intended to be functional, yet deeply imbued with expressive content. All her creations are "one-of-a-kind" pieces, or Limited Editions.

She was selected along with her partner Filipe Ramos, as one of the 2021 Launch Pad Participants, Hosted by WantedDesign Manhattan.

 

Hannelore has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design, a Bachelor’s in Painting and Graphic Arts from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and a Certificate in Exhibition Design from Pratt Institute. She is nationally recognized as a NCIDQ Cerficate Holder and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Hannelore is fluent in English and Spanish.
